We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate and convert sales opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth order processing.
- Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Graduate/12th pass candidates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills required.
