- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, outbound calling, or telesales.
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle cold calls effectively.
- Proficiency in cross selling and upselling techniques is essential.
