Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Noida.

The Inside Sales

Executive will engage with prospective learners through calls, messages, and meetings to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.

Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up consistently to move prospects through the admissions funnel. The role involves explaining program features, addressing queries,



providing timely customer support, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve enrollment targets and deliver a positive learner experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, nurturing leads, and pipeline management.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with diverse learner profiles.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage data and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles considered.
- Motivated, ethical, and learner-focused approach, with willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
