Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, an understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to liaise between production, logistics, and customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales team activities, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
- Process sales orders and track their progress through production and logistics.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers with queries about orders, deliveries, and products.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and proposals for clients.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for invoicing and collections.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials, tracking campaigns, and gathering market data.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/planning teams on stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Pay: ₹12,456.50 - ₹40,070.43 per month
