Key Responsibilities

- Engage with provided leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital

communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and growth objectives to recommend

suitable BusinessBay.io solutions.
- Consult with business owners, professionals, startups, and MSMEs to help them adopt modern

digital solutions that improve customer engagement and business efficiency.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and product demonstration to negotiation,

closure, and onboarding.




- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads to ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant BusinessBay.io solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and closures in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Management, Marketing,

or any related discipline from a recognized university.
- Graduation is mandatory for both Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive positions.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
