Inside Sales Engineer (Ahmedabad)

AppsTech (www.appstech.in) Required The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and managing opportunities from GeM Portal, e-Procurement portals, OEM inquiries, and direct customer leads .

Key responsibilities include bid qualification, quotation preparation, vendor coordination, proposal submission, follow-up activities, and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities related to IT infrastructure, networking, data centre, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions.

The role requires close coordination with OEMs, distributors, technical, and operations teams to deliver competitive solutions, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in GeM Portal, e-Tendering portals, bid management, and opportunity qualification .
- Solid skills in inside sales, quotation preparation, proposal submission, and customer follow-up .




- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services .
- Ability to coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams for solution and pricing support.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate sales records.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field; prior experience in IT inside sales, pre-sales, or tender management preferred.
