Short JD
- Typically, 10+ years hands on experience in Industrial (B2B) sales/ Business development with a Manufacturing Company.
- At-least 3+ HO /Inside Sales Experience in Marketing /Channel Sales Backoffice along with earlier years’ experience in field sales of welding products, industrial Lubricants, Industrial Tools, Industrial valves, pumps, hoses (Worked in an environment of consultative /application value selling with indirect channel using demos, samples, trails ).
- Experience and knowledge of industrial gaskets/sealing products will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Channel Partner Management i.e. TOD policies/Schemes is must.
- This is pure play Non-Field Sales–i.e its Lead - Inside Sales Role.
