Role Overview:

Incentix Loyalty is looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Inside Sales cum Business Development Associate to support the company's business growth and client acquisition efforts.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, appointment setting, follow-ups and supporting the sales team in converting qualified business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to clients, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and other channels.
- Identify and research potential clients across industries such as Building Materials, Electricals, FMCG, Agri Inputs, Consumer Durables and other B2B sectors.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce Incentix Loyalty's Loyalty, Engagement, Channel Management and Technology solutions to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, decision-makers, budgets and potential opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate lead status.
- Support the sales team in preparing client information, proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update the CRM and sales pipeline regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements, demos and solution discussions.
- Track daily calling, outreach, meetings and lead-conversion activities.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting and business development targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:





- 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with corporate clients.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, CRM tools and email communication.
- Strong interest in building a career in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
- Ability to learn technology based products quickly.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
