Education
B.E / MBA
Relevant Experience
6-10 years of professional experience in executing and owning work streams for innovation/strategy projects and programs with multiple stakeholders

Participate in initiatives targeted at creating awareness and training various stakeholders at Titan on Open Innovation
Strategy & Culture To work with HoD’s across ISCM – Identify key challenges, suggest suitable teams & IC Champions to form a CFT and address.
Drive top down innovation & bottom up innovation across ISCM Jewellery & enable multiple projects addressing business and operation challenges.
Conduct reviews with the participants, Managers / HoD’s & ensure completion of the project on scheduled timeline.
To bring expertise resource from outside to inculcate innovation as part of work & create culture.
Project Management & People Engagement
Maintenance of Resources and Performance report for the Participants & circulation of MIS.
Enable ISCM teams to participate in Internal & External Programs such as Unlike Awards, Interweave, TATA Innovista, Hackathons / Events such as Innovation Day and IC Meet.
Increased innovation participation.
Address operation & key business challenges.
High level of performance To create innovation culture in ISCM.
To enable ISCM to participate in group level & global innovation platform.
Deliver 10 key Top down projects / year.
Deliver 25 key bottom up projects/year.
