We are looking for a Moulding Supervisor to manage shift-level production activities in injection moulding. The role involves ensuring process stability, quality compliance, and timely reporting, while guiding operators and workers on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle manpower planning and overall shift activities
- Monitor process parameters and minimize troubleshooting issues
- Carry out mould changeovers independently using SMED knowledge
- Conduct self-quality inspection and monitor daily rejection
- Achieve production targets as per plan, backed by sound process set-up knowledge
- Prepare MIS and production reports
- Train and guide subordinates and workers on the floor
- Maintain 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Working knowledge of Excel and basic computer applications
- Safety-focused approach to daily operations
- Prior experience in injection moulding shift supervision preferred
