Role Description The Injection Moulding Plant Operator will oversee day-to-day operations of injection moulding machines used to manufacture PP containers, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating machines, adjusting parameters as needed, monitoring production quality, and performing routine checks to minimize downtime. The role involves coordinating with the quality control team, reporting and resolving minor mechanical issues, and maintaining a clean,



organized work area. The operator will follow safety guidelines, production schedules, and standard operating procedures while working closely with supervisors and other plant staff.

This is a full time, on-site role based at the Hira Containers manufacturing facility in Nagpur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in plant operations and production workflow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation for injection moulding equipment and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including visual inspection and adherence to food-grade packaging standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in safe forklift operation and material handling within a plant environment.
- Prior experience in plastic injection moulding or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical instructions, follow safety protocols, and work in shift-based schedules.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and reliability in meeting production targets.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or industrial trades is an advantage.
