We are looking for an experienced Toolroom Technician with hands-on knowledge of Injection Moulding Tools, Mould Maintenance, Repair, Fitting and Toolroom Machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, repair and upkeep of injection moulding tools.
- Perform mould dismantling, assembly and inspection.
- Operate basic toolroom machinery for fitting, machining and finishing work.
- Identify mould-related defects and assist in troubleshooting.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Inspect mould components for wear, damage and defects.
- Perform basic fitting, grinding, polishing and finishing activities.
- Maintain proper records of mould maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of moulds and tools.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for mould-related requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the toolroom.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of Injection Moulding Tools.
- Knowledge of mould maintenance and repair.
- Ability to operate toolroom machinery.
- Knowledge of mould assembly and dismantling.
- Basic knowledge of fitting, machining and finishing.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mould-related issues.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
