- Handle Infusion Bag manufacturing machines and ensure smooth machine operation as per SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, changeover and line start-up activities.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure proper sealing, print alignment and defect-free bags.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and equipment-related issues during production.
- Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams for machine breakdowns, line stoppages and technical issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of guiding systems, controls and other machine components.
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure they are maintained as per defined process requirements.
- Ensure safe operation of machinery and follow all GMP, SOP and EHS requirements.
- Ensure proper packaging and labelling of finished products.
- Maintain production equipment and work area as per required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Record and maintain relevant machine/production documents and checklists.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to machine efficiency, quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with seniors for line start/stop, equipment failure and production requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 year of relevant experience in Sterile Production / Sterile Area.
- Hands-on experience with Infusion Bag manufacturing machines.
- Candidates with exposure to BFS, PFS, Injection Line or Ophthalmic Formulations will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, machine controls and operating software.
- Good understanding of machine setup, changeover and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOP and safety practices in a sterile manufacturing workplace.
- Ability to identify machine-related issues and coordinate with the Maintenance/Production team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attendance, discipline and positive work behaviour.
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team.
- Qualification: Graduate or Minimum 10+2 with ITI Certificate.
