As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic setting where you provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day involves addressing various technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of software products, and implementing technology solutions across multiple platforms. You will work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges,
contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place.

- Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems.
