Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts and tools using various programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ruby, Bash).

- Learn and apply configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to assist in Infrastructure setup and management tasks.

- Contribute to the implementation of automated workflows for system provisioning, configuration management, patching, monitoring, and incident response under guidance.

- Assist in integrating automated solutions with existing IT service management (ITSM) and monitoring systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, storage, and networking to understand requirements and support solution development.

- Ensure automation solutions adhere to established security best practices and compliance standards.

- Document automated processes, script changes, and Infrastructure configurations.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT,



with a strong interest in Infrastructure automation, or relevant academic project experience.

- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell preferred). Familiarity with the concepts of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet). Foundational knowledge of private cloud (e.g., VMware VCF, Nutanix) and virtualization technologies. Basic understanding of Linux/Windows operating systems and networking concepts.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.

- Soft Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to challenges. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent attention to detail.
