Role Description The Information Technology Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full time, on-site recruitment activities based in Kochi. This role involves managing end-to-end IT hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical positions across startups, IT SMEs, product companies, and GICs. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and design effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.

Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interviews, conducting technical and behavioral assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills, with 5-8 years of experience sourcing and placing candidates in a range of Information Technology roles.
- Demonstrated ability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including requirements gathering, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, roles, and tools to effectively assess candidate fit and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate IT recruiting is preferred; experience in consulting or offshore/GIC environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
