? Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, etc.
? Excellent candidate screening and technical understanding
? Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
? Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a rapid-paced environment
⭐ BIGGEST PLUS / ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Experience working on Semiconductor / VLSI / Hardware / Engineering recruitment requirements .
Experience hiring for ASIC, FPGA, DFT, Design Verification, Physical Design, Emulation, Validation, ATE, Semiconductor Hardware, Packaging , or related engineering roles will be a major advantage .
