The IT associate will assist with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, user accounts, network connectivity, and hardware issues. The role will also support IT security, system maintenance, backups, documentation, and coordination with external service providers.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, software, hardware, and user access issues.
- Understanding of basic network security, user account management, and access controls.
- Familiarity with system maintenance, backups, and IT documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when required.
