Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to define role specifications, identifying talent through job boards, social platforms, and networking, and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future openings.





The role involves assessing technical skills and cultural fit, scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. The recruiter will also support data tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, collaborate on diversity hiring initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Dehradun.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Proven expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand and evaluate technical skill sets.
- Demonstrated success in Recruiting and Hiring for a range of IT roles, preferably in agency or consulting environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
