Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator at Iswise is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. The coordinator supports IT project planning and execution, including maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and preparing status reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, organizing meetings, documenting decisions and action items, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely updates. The role involves monitoring project risks and issues, assisting with resource allocation, and helping align project activities with technical and business requirements. The coordinator also contributes to process improvements, maintains project documentation, and supports adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to support planning, execution, and tracking of IT initiatives.
- Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge to understand technical requirements, systems,



and terminology.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, issue-tracking tools).
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in IT project coordination or project support; experience in on-site coordination roles is an advantage.
