- Source and screen IT professionals for opportunities across the United States.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills.
- Coordinate with US clients, consultants, and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Learn and utilize modern recruitment tools, job boards, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.
- - Desired Qualifications
- MBA (Freshers Welcome) or recent MBA graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexible and comfortable working in US shifts.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and career-oriented.
