? Position: IT Executive
? Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
? Experience: 2–5 Years
? Work Mode: On-site
? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, networking, switches, routers, and firewalls .
- Handle Active Directory administration and user access management.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and user support.
- Monitor and maintain Kaspersky/endpoint security solutions.
- Manage NAS, backups, and IT infrastructure .
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Maintain IT security, documentation, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
? Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field .
- 2–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure/support experience.
- Valuable knowledge of networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, firewalls, and endpoint security .
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who are willing to work on-site in Jaipur are preferred.
