Role Purpose To provide leadership and oversight of the Company's Operations, Back Office, Business Development, RBI-related matters and IT systems, ensuring smooth business operations, proper documentation and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Business

· Lead and manage the Operations and Back Office teams.

· Monitor team activities, performance and targets.

· Establish and maintain proper processes, procedures and SOPs.

· Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations.

· Review and improve operational processes and working methods.

· Oversee banking and financial management-related operational activities.

· Support business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

· Support management in strategic initiatives, partnerships and potential acquisitions.

· Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors and other external stakeholders on business and operational matters.

· Prepare and review management reports, operational documents and supporting records.

· Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.

· Monitor and ensure timely completion of management action points.

· Ensure effective communication between different teams and departments.

RBI & Compliance Support

· Coordinate with the Compliance team and consultants on RBI-related requirements.

· Support management in implementing applicable RBI requirements.

· Prepare and review policies, SOPs and process documents required for RBI purposes.

· Coordinate preparation of documents and information required for RBI inspections and audits.

· Act as the key management contact for IT-related RBI queries and inspections.

· Prepare and review technical explanations, supporting documents and corrective action plans for IT-related regulatory observations.





· Monitor RBI-related action points and coordinate timely closure.

· Ensure proper records and supporting documents are maintained for regulatory requirements.

IT & Technology

· Oversee the Company's IT systems, applications and digital lending technology.

· Coordinate with the IT/development team and technology service providers.

· Monitor system development, implementation, maintenance and major system changes.

· Review IT policies, SOPs and system documentation.

· Ensure appropriate user access controls, security measures, backup and recovery processes are maintained.

· Monitor IT incidents and ensure timely resolution.

· Review technology requirements from a business and RBI perspective.

· Ensure IT documentation is maintained for RBI inspections, audits and management requirements.

· Coordinate with developers and IT vendors on system issues, improvements and current requirements.

· Monitor the performance of IT service providers.

· Ensure IT systems support the Company's business requirements.

IT Technical Knowledge The candidate should have practical knowledge of:

· PHP

· Laravel or Yii

· MySQL

· Linux

· Nginx

· Web applications and APIs

· Software development and deployment

· IT security and access controls

Knowledge of Go or Java will be an advantage.

The role does not require regular day-to-day coding. Technical knowledge is primarily required for IT oversight, system review, RBI documentation,



audits and coordination with the IT/development team.

Education & Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

· A postgraduate qualification such as MBA, MCA, M.Tech or equivalent will be an advantage.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/software development, with practical experience in managing or overseeing technology systems.

· Experience in NBFC, fintech, digital lending, banking, financial services or a related industry is preferred.

· Strong understanding of software development and technology systems.

· Practical experience with PHP and Laravel or Yii is preferred.

· Working knowledge of MySQL, Linux and Nginx.

· Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases and system integrations.

· Understanding of IT security, user access controls, backup, recovery and incident management.

· Experience in preparing or reviewing IT policies, SOPs, system documentation and technical documents.

· Experience in supporting audits, regulatory inspections or compliance-related technology requirements is preferred.

· Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams.

· Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with Go or Java will be an advantage.

· Experience working with external technology vendors or service providers will be an advantage.

Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with senior management and internal teams.

· Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, IT, Business and Legal teams.

· Coordinate with RBI, auditors, consultants and technology service providers when required.
