Pinnacle FutureBuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that servers, networks, systems, applications, and security operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, network and server administration, system security, user access, backups, vendors, and overall IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, integrate, maintain, update, upgrade, and manage networks, in-house servers, server hardware, and applications.
- Manage network servers and IT infrastructure tools.
- Set up and manage user accounts, workstations, permissions, and passwords.
- Ensure IT security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and security practices.
- Manage device and password administration.
- Support and administer third-party applications and IT systems.
- Oversee data backup, recovery, and system security operations.
- Ensure network security, availability, and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Identify vulnerabilities and perform regular infrastructure assessments.
- Define and implement network policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Assess system requirements and design appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.




- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure data is handled, transferred, and processed in accordance with applicable legal and company guidelines.
- Manage IT-related costs, budgets, vendors, contracts, and software licenses.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Research and implement best practices for the management, control, monitoring, and security of server and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Server & Network Administration / IT Infrastructure Management.
- Strong experience in server administration, networking, and IT infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, routing, and switching.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Experience with databases, patch management, backup, and recovery.
- Good understanding of system security, including intrusion detection and access control.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, platforms, backup solutions, and recovery methodologies.
- Robust knowledge of server infrastructure monitoring, management, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage IT infrastructure and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must possess relevant certifications such as:

- CCNA
- CCNP
- MCSA
- AWS Certification

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Any relevant degree with 7–8 years of experience in Server & Network Administration or IT Infrastructure Management.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in network, server, security, backup, and infrastructure management will be preferred.
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure operations independently and ensure high system availability.
