Job OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to oversee our day-to-day hardware, software, cross-platform systems, and physical infrastructure. In this role, you will manage employee workstations (Windows and macOS), maintain networked peripherals (printers/scanners), and administer our office security infrastructure, including CCTV surveillance and biometric access systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Platform Workstation & Software Management

- Manage OS updates, patch deployments, and software installation across all endpoints.

- Administer user accounts, security roles, and permissions via Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Apple Business Manager.

- Maintain endpoint protection, antivirus software, and enterprise data security protocols.

Peripherals, Printers & Office Hardware

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, multi-function copiers, and scanners.

- Manage print servers, set up user access profiles, and track usage/toner inventory.

- Diagnose and repair hardware failures across desktops, monitors, peripherals, and cable infrastructure.

CCTV & Physical Security Infrastructure

- Manage, monitor, and maintain IP/Analog CCTV camera networks, NVRs/DVRs,



and storage servers.

- Ensure continuous video recording, optimize storage retention policies, and manage video archives.

- Conduct routine health checks on cameras, power supplies, switches, and cabling.

- Assist in retrieving security footage for authorized auditing and incident reviews.

Network & General IT Support

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and IP routing issues for endpoints and connected hardware.

- Provide fast Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware and software tickets.

- Maintain an up-to-date IT asset register for all laptops, monitors, CCTV units, and peripheral devices.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or desktop engineering.

- OS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in both Windows and macOS troubleshooting and deployment.

- Hardware & Surveillance: Deep knowledge of printer spooler configurations, TCP/IP printing, CCTV setup, DVR/NVR configuration, and PoE switches.

- Networking: Solid understanding of Ethernet cabling, IP address allocation (DHCP/Static IP), subnets, and Wi-Fi networks.
