We are seeking a senior Identity Security professional to lead and optimize identity provisioning and governance across the enterprise. This role focuses on Identity
Governance & Administration (IGA), access lifecycle automation, and Active Directory to
Microsoft Entra ID transformation.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindsetable to simplify complex identity challenges, build scalable provisioning processes, and partner effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead identity provisioning and lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
- Design and manage IGA workflows for access requests and provisioning
- Define and maintain entitlement and role models
- Support AD Entra ID migration in hybrid environments
- Reduce over-provisioning and access sprawl
- Improve automation, accuracy, and auditability
- Embed Identity Security principles (least privilege,
Zero Trust)
- Partner across engineering, cloud, and GRC teams
- Deliver actionable risk and access recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Identity Security, IAM, and IGA
- Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (Saviynt preferred)
- Experience with AD to Entra ID migrations
- Solid knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and hybrid identity
- Ability to assess risk and drive remediation
Preferred
- Experience with Saviynt
- Experience scaling enterprise provisioning or IGA programs
- Familiarity with NIST, SOX, or audit controls
