Job Summary

Head of Security Strategy & Design Reporting To: CISO Role Overview The Head of Security Strategy & Design will define and drive the organization's cybersecurity vision, strategy, architecture, and governance framework across multiple business lines. The role will establish common security standards, reference architectures, and security programs while leading future-focused initiatives in AI Security, Cloud Security, and emerging technologies . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the enterprise security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Establish common security frameworks, policies, standards, and reference architectures across business units.Build and communicate a coherent security strategy for internal and external stakeholders.Lead future security initiatives including AI Security, Cloud Security, Quantum Security, and Software Supply Chain Security .Define and govern enterprise AI Security programs, including controls for GenAI, LLMs, AI governance, model security, and responsible AI adoption.Establish and lead the Security program by embedding Security-by-Design, Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, Threat Modeling, and Application Security practices.Partner with engineering teams to ensure products and platforms are designed, developed, and operated securely.Define executive and customer engagement strategies to strengthen confidence in the organization's security posture.Good to have - Product Security experience Required Experience Extensive leadership experience in Security Strategy, Security Architecture, or Enterprise Security.Strong expertise across multiple security domains with deep competency in at least two areas such as Cloud Security, AI Security, Application Security, Identity Security,



or Data Security.Experience working with development teams to build secure products and platforms.Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their security implications.Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and translate strategy into actionable programs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading enterprise-scale security transformation programs.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, CCSP, or CCSK. Ideal Candidate: A visionary cybersecurity leader with proven experience in security strategy and architecture, capable of building future-ready AI Security and Product Security capabilities while driving enterprise-wide security transformation.
