We are looking for an experienced Informatica Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS and Informatica PowerCenter to support production data integration environments.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production jobs, troubleshooting job failures and data-related incidents, performing minor enhancements and bug fixes, and providing data solutions to business requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor production jobs using Redwood Scheduler and native Informatica Scheduler.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production job failures at the job and workflow level.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to data issues, job failures, and production processes.
- Identify code-level issues and coordinate with the respective development or application teams for resolution.
- Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and production support activities.
- Execute ad-hoc data loads in production environments as required.
- Analyze and provide data-related solutions for RITMs/requests assigned by the Business team.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring production issues and support preventive actions.




- Ensure production jobs and data pipelines run successfully within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS.
- Good experience with Informatica PowerCenter (PC).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
- Experience working with Redwood Scheduler or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
- Valuable understanding of ETL processes, workflows, mappings, sessions, and production job monitoring.
- Experience in troubleshooting production failures and data-related issues.
- Ability to perform basic code analysis and coordinate with development teams when required.
