Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of data integration solutions using Informatica and IICS, from requirement discovery through deployment and support.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, mappings, and orchestration to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Drive best practices for reusable frameworks, parameterization, error handling, logging, and monitoring across integration pipelines.
- Perform impact analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, and production support for integration failures and data quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards including code reviews, documentation, release management, and operational readiness.
- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership on Informatica/IICS patterns, performance tuning, and delivery execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for integration initiatives.

Minimum

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Applications/Science (BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC) or equivalent.
- 9–11 years of overall experience with robust hands-on expertise in Informatica and IICS implementations.
- Proven experience delivering ETL solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Robust understanding of data integration concepts, transformation logic, scheduling/orchestration, and operational support practices.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, produce clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience leading cloud-based integration programs using Informatica Cloud, including migration/modernization initiatives.
- Strong capability in designing scalable integration architectures, reusable components, and standardized ETL frameworks.
- Exposure to performance tuning techniques for complex mappings, large-volume loads, and incremental processing patterns.
- Experience implementing robust operational controls such as audit reconciliation, restartability, and proactive monitoring/alerting.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, driving delivery governance, and improving engineering practices across projects.
