1. ETL Development:

- Implement data integration solutions to ensure efficient and accurate data movement across systems.
- Data Modeling:
- Work closely with data architects to design and implement data models to support ETL processes and business requirements.
- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
- Data Quality and Governance:
- Implement data quality checks and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- Collaborate with data stewards to address data quality issues and maintain data integrity.
- Performance Tuning:
- Perform performance tuning of ETL processes to optimize data loads and processing times.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the data integration pipeline.
- Data Warehousing:
- Contribute to the design and development of data warehouse solutions.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and database administrators, to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and data integration workflows.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligns with best practices.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot ETL job failures and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8-10 years) working as an Informatica Developer in a data integration or data warehousing environment.
- Proficiency in designing and developing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis, querying, and troubleshooting.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and related components.
- Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data quality and governance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
