About the Role

This is a hands-on platform operations and support role focused on ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of IDMC services in production environments. You’ll manage Secure Agent, troubleshoot CDQ & CDGC, and drive platform diagnostics and RCA for enterprise-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot Secure Agent (disconnections, crashes, resource issues, workload balancing).
- Support CDGC (metadata scans, catalog accessibility, lineage visibility).
- Resolve CDQ service issues (UI/access problems, engine-level failures).
- Fix CDQ–CDGC synchronization issues ensuring profiling results and DQ scores are published.
- Investigate platform performance degradation and recommend tuning/scaling strategies.




- Perform log analysis & RCA for platform-level issues.
- Validate platform stability post releases/patches.
- Collaborate with engineering/support teams for production stability.

Must-Have Skills 6–10 years of IT experience in IDMC platform support Strong knowledge of IDMC architecture & service interactions (CDQ, CDGC, Secure Agent) Hands-on with Secure Agent setup, configuration, troubleshooting Functional understanding of CDQ (profiling, rules, DQ metrics) & CDGC (catalog, lineage, metadata ingestion) Proven ability in log analysis & RCA Experience in incident/problem management, SLAs, monitoring frameworks Certifications in Informatica IDMC / CDQ / CDGC / IICS highly preferred
