About the Role We are seeking an experienced 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation and enterprise ERP process automation. Seeking an Infor M3 RPA Expert with hands-on experience designing, developing, administering, and supporting automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation, managing workflow operations, and maintaining solutions within a DevOps delivery model.

Key Skills- Infor M3 RPA Development, Infor M3 Business Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Infor M3 RPA.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across Infor M3 workflows.
- Build robust, scalable, and reusable automation components and workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed RPA solutions.
- Manage bot scheduling,



execution, exception handling, and operational support.
- Work within a DevOps model supporting CI/CD, release management, and setting administration.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on expertise with Infor M3 RPA development and administration.
- Strong experience automating Infor M3 business processes and transactions.
- Experience managing production support, monitoring, and workflow maintenance.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control, deployment processes, and release management.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud-based ERP ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or supply-chain environments using Infor M3.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
