Role Description This is an on-site contract role based in Noida for an Infor LN Technical professional. The role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting Infor LN ERP modules to meet client-specific business requirements. Daily activities include analyzing functional requirements, developing technical solutions, creating and modifying reports and interfaces, and managing integrations with other applications and cloud platforms.

The person in this role will collaborate closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure successful deployments and upgrades.

Responsibilities also include preparing technical documentation,



following best practices for data security and compliance, and providing knowledge transfer and support to end users and project teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Infor LN technical development, including customization, configuration, and ERP module support.
- Candidates should possess skills in Infor integrations and related technologies, such as Infor ION, BODs, workflows, and third-party system integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in working with Infor Cloud Suites (e.g., Automotive, Fashion, Food & Beverage) and application managed services.
- Candidates should possess skills in database and programming technologies commonly used with Infor LN (e.g., SQL, relational databases, and relevant scripting or development languages).
- Candidates should possess skills in system analysis, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in data security, API usage, and adherence to best practices in enterprise and cloud security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in Infor LN implementation or support projects, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet project timelines, and adapt to evolving client and business needs.
