Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves identifying influencers, managing influencer outreach, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing activities.

Roles and responsibilities

- Identify relevant influencers in various niches or industries.
- Handle influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.
- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost-effectiveness.




- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and payment details.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Roles and responsibilities

- 0.3 – 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have experience working with brands across categories such as Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, FMCG, etc.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
