Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

- Build and maintain a database of influencers based on category, audience, engagement and location.

- Reach out to influencers and coordinate collaborations.

- Negotiate and coordinate deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.

- Track influencer campaigns and ensure content goes live as planned.

- Coordinate with influencers for briefs, product dispatches, content approvals and posting schedules.

- Monitor campaign performance and maintain basic reports on reach, engagement and conversions.

- Stay updated with trending creators, content formats, reels, memes and social media trends.

- Support the marketing team in planning and executing influencer campaigns.





- Maintain solid relationships with influencers and creator communities.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–6 months of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or a similar role.

- Freshers with a strong interest in social media and creator marketing are welcome.

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and current social media trends.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Good Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting skills would be an advantage.
