Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns in a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in identifying and researching relevant creators, managing outreach, and coordinating communications between influencers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include helping draft campaign briefs, tracking deliverables and performance metrics, and maintaining databases and reports. The intern will also support social media activities, contribute ideas for content and collaborations,



and assist with basic administrative tasks related to influencer and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for clear, professional interaction with influencers and brand partners.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to help build relationships, support pitches, and contribute to partnership development.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and basic understanding of creator ecosystems and online trends.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and presentation tools for reporting and documentation; experience with analytics tools is a plus.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for creator culture, a collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn and take initiative in an evolving startup environment.
