Influencer Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to support our influencer outreach and campaign execution efforts. This is a hands-on learning role you'll help identify relevant creators, manage communications, coordinate collaborations, and assist the senior team in executing influencer campaigns from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Scout and identify relevant influencers across Instagram and other social media platforms
- Help shortlist influencers based on brand fit, content quality, and audience relevance
- Reach out to influencers via DMs, email, and other communication channels
- Support coordination of gifting, campaign briefs, timelines, and content delivery
- Track influencer responses, collaborations, and content status using trackers
- Maintain and update influencer databases and outreach sheets
- Help ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Support senior team members in campaign execution, reporting, and analysis
- Learn the basics of influencer negotiation, performance tracking,



and long-term collaborations from the senior team

Requirements & Skills

- Strong interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy
- Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of Instagram creators, content formats, and trends
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations at once
- Proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn from scratch
- Organized, patient, and persistent approach to work
- Developing ability to judge content quality, audience relevance, and brand alignment
- No prior experience required this role is designed as a learning ground
