Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Chandigarh, India. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in researching and identifying relevant influencers across social platforms, compiling outreach lists, and assisting with initial contact and follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include helping plan and execute influencer campaigns, drafting briefs and communication, tracking content deliverables, and monitoring performance metrics.

The role also involves maintaining organized records of influencer partnerships, assisting with report preparation,



and collaborating with internal teams on creative ideas and campaign optimization. The intern is expected to contribute proactively, learn quickly, and support smooth execution of influencer initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook) and current content trends.
- Solid research and analytical abilities to identify suitable influencers and interpret campaign performance data.
- Clear, skilled written and verbal communication skills for outreach, coordination, and reporting.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort working with basic data sets.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
