About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused Influencer & Activation Executive to manage influencer collaborations, society marketing, events, activations, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with relevant influencers, creators, and content partners.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and creators.
- Identify societies, communities, events, exhibitions, and activation opportunities.
- Plan and execute society marketing and community activations.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and brand activations.
- Develop relevant brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate with influencers, vendors, partners, societies, and internal teams.
- Support on-ground campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track campaign reach, engagement, leads, and overall performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Manage multiple marketing activities and ensure timely execution.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Events, Activations, Partnerships, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong communication, networking, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on on-ground events and activations when required.
- Experience in consumer electronics, water purifiers/home appliances, D2C brands, marketing agencies, or event/activation agencies will be preferred.
