Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with fitness influencers and content creators, ensuring alignment with Coitonic’s brand values and campaign goals.

The Influencer Marketing

Executive will plan and execute influencer campaigns, coordinate content calendars, and monitor performance metrics across social platforms. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating collaborations, briefing influencers, tracking campaign results,



and preparing reports and insights for the marketing team. The role also includes collaborating with sales, marketing, and creative teams to optimize campaign impact, increase brand awareness, and drive online sales.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective influencer campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze audience insights, trends, and competitor activities.
- Excellent Communication skills for managing influencer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of Sales processes and performance metrics to connect influencer activity to revenue outcomes.
- Experience with social media platforms, influencer discovery tools, and campaign tracking dashboards.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, fashion, fitness, or e-commerce sectors is an advantage.
