Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This team member will support the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including identifying relevant creators, coordinating outreach, and maintaining ongoing relationships. The role involves assisting with campaign planning, negotiating deliverables, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and brand partners.

The associate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align influencer initiatives with broader brand objectives and ensure consistent messaging. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring social media trends,



managing communication with influencers and agencies, and helping optimize campaigns for engagement and return on investment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, such as campaign coordination, creator outreach, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including platform familiarity, audience engagement, and content performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, including brand representation, reputation management, and collaboration with external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as negotiation, lead nurturing, and supporting partnership closures.
- Relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, ideally within consumer or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using analytics tools, social media platforms, and basic spreadsheets or CRM systems; familiarity with campaign reporting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
