Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and online communities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.

- Identify key influencers in the beauty & personal care industry and build relationships to leverage their influence for promotional purposes.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI.

Job Requirements :

- 2.9-7 years of experience as an Influencer Marketing Strategist or similar role.

- Proven track record of success in developing effective influencer marketing campaigns that drive results.

- Robust understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and audience engagement tactics.

- Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
