Role Description The Influencer role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Influencer will create and share engaging content across social media platforms, collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand objectives, and actively promote DigiMantis and client brands to relevant audiences. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing online communities, participating in campaign planning, and tracking engagement metrics to optimize performance.

The role also involves attending events,



coordinating with partners, and providing insight into audience trends and preferences to support data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to interact effectively with audiences, clients, and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to design, execute, and grow impactful online campaigns.

- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support lead generation, collaborations, and brand partnerships.

- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content formats such as reels, stories, and live sessions.

- Ability to analyze engagement data, adapt content strategies, and meet performance targets.

- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content in English and local languages as needed.

- Prior experience as an influencer, content creator, or in digital marketing is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
