We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience sourcing industrial and oil & gas equipment, spare parts, chemicals, instrumentation, pumps, valves, filters, PPE, electrical components, and similar technical products.

This is not an administrative purchasing role. We need someone who can receive an RFQ and independently take it from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:

- Reviewing RFQs, specifications, part numbers, datasheets, and drawings
- Finding manufacturers, authorized distributors, and reliable suppliers worldwide
- Sending RFQs and following up until quotations are received
- Comparing technical and commercial offers
- Checking model numbers, specifications, origin, lead time, Incoterms, and availability
- Finding alternatives when products are obsolete or unavailable
- Managing several RFQs at the same time and keeping explicit records of pending items
- Communicating professionally with suppliers in the USA, Europe, Middle East, and other markets

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, persistent, organized, and able to work independently.

You should already understand industrial sourcing. We do not want to train someone from the beginning or tell them which supplier to contact for every RFQ.

Experience in general purchasing, retail purchasing, Amazon/Alibaba sourcing, data entry,



or administrative procurement alone is not enough.

Requirements

- Previous experience sourcing industrial or oil & gas products
- Strong online supplier research skills
- Good understanding of technical quotations and specifications
- Strong written English
- Good Excel and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow up consistently
