The Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bapatla. The specialist will oversee and implement environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring workplace conditions, and performing safety inspections across processing areas and facilities.

The role involves developing and delivering safety training, maintaining incident and compliance records, and supporting investigations of accidents or near misses. The specialist will collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams to strengthen a safety-first culture, improve environmental performance, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with experience applying them in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including regulatory compliance and risk management.




- Candidates should possess Safety Training abilities, including designing and delivering training programs for diverse employee groups.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Indian health, safety, and environmental regulations, preferably within food processing or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and influence safe work behaviors.
- Professional certifications in EHS or safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
