Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru. The role involves factory or equipment assessment, configuration, control system interface, and implementation Industrial IoT product. The key responsibilities include:

- Site visit to assess the existing industrial system and gather customer requirements
- Provide tailored demo of IIoT product to customers
- Understand the technical intricacies and functionalities of IIoT product, and effectively explaining their benefits customer
- Develop and implement interface of IIoT product with PLC, SCADA, CNC according to project needs
- Proficient in industrial automation protocols including: Modbus serial, Modbus TCP, Profibus, Profinet, MQTT, RS485, RS232, OPC UA, FANUC FOCUS, LoRaWAN
- Customer data gathering and configuration of IIoT product




- Provide technical support to clients and troubleshooting issue
- Execution of FAT, SAT of control system and IIoT product
- Prepare product or service presentations, design documents
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless project execution
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Preferred candidate profile

- A degree in electronics, instrumentation or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of hands on experience in industrial IoT or industrial automation
- Knowledge of Linux operating system, Python
- Robust understanding of industrial IoT, sensor and control system integration
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50%
