Role Overview To support our Production and Operations team in Time & Motion Studies, process analysis, and productivity improvement, with hands-on exposure to manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Time & Motion Studies and record cycle times.
- Analyse manpower utilization, productivity,
and process flow.
- Identify bottlenecks and non-value-added activities.
- Assist in standard time setting and process improvement.
- Prepare MIS, reports, and process documentation.
Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad and Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
