ROLE OVERVIEW
The Investor Relations Representative will act as a key communication bridge between the company and shareholders, prospective investors, financial analysts, and capital market stakeholders. The role will focus on building investor confidence, transparent communication, market positioning, and strong stakeholder relationships in the rapidly growing Battery & Energy Storage sector.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Commerce / Business Administration / Economics / Communications or related field – Mandatory ⭐ Preferred:
MBA Finance / CFA Level I-II / CA Inter-Final / CS / NISM Capital Market Certification
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in:
- Investor Relations
- Corporate Communications
- Equity Research
- Capital Markets
- Financial Analysis
- Compliance
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE – PREFERRED
Experience/knowledge of Battery Manufacturing, Energy Storage or EV Industry will be highly preferred. Knowledge of SEBI regulations, Listing Obligations, Corporate Governance & ESG Reporting will be an added advantage.
