Role Description The Industrial Engineer will work on-site in Tirupur in a full time capacity, supporting production operations and process optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing workflows, collecting and interpreting operational data, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. The role involves designing and implementing efficient layouts, standard operating procedures, and productivity enhancement initiatives in coordination with manufacturing and production teams.

The Industrial

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot bottlenecks, improve resource utilization,



and support continuous improvement projects. This position also requires preparing reports, documenting findings, and presenting recommendations to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Industrial Engineering expertise to design, improve, and optimize production systems and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering and Process Improvement skills to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in garment or apparel manufacturing, or similar high-volume production environments, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity analysis tools, time-and-motion studies, and basic statistical methods.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupur and support shop-floor implementation of improvement initiatives.
