- Lead end-to-end indirect tax operations across multiple legal entities and locations, ensuring compliance with applicable GST, Customs, and other indirect tax regulations.

- - Prepare, review, and ensure timely filing of all indirect tax returns, reconciliations, and statutory compliances with a high degree of accuracy.

- - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.

- - Manage tax assessments, departmental audits, notices, and litigation support while coordinating with external consultants and statutory auditors.

- - Partner with internal and external auditors to facilitate tax audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.

- - Monitor changes in tax legislation and proactively assess the impact on business operations, recommending necessary process or policy changes.

- - Provide strategic tax advisory and business partnering support to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on indirect tax matters.

- - Identify opportunities for tax optimization while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies.





- - Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across indirect tax operations within the Shared Services setting.

- - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and tax data maintained in SAP/ERP systems.

- - Leverage SAP, ERP, and digital reporting tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, and compliance monitoring.

- - Develop robust tax MIS, dashboards, and compliance trackers to support leadership decision-making.

- - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Chartered Accountants, Inter-CAs, and Tax Analysts by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

- - Build strong relationships with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Finance, Corporate Tax, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless tax support across the organization.

- - Promote operational excellence, customer-centricity, and a service-oriented culture while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and business expectations
